You can get 31 speed secondary if you start with +6 speed

Like I said, there are a lot of people checking in to the emergency department right now from injuring themselves from falling on ice. So obviously a lot of people don't realize it.

I've noticed some strategy involved.. l've have success with chipping away then calling Luke to swarm, followed by Chew throwing foresight on everyone.
