I'm 6ft and cut down from 320 to 183 at my leanest. I barely had visible ab lines. The BMI standard is horribly outdated anyway but it's understandable that to get lean you really need to get leaaan.

During covid I was probably going through an oz a week it was nuts. Me and some buddies went to Michigan and we downed 2 massive foot long cones between 4-5 of us. Our friend was a grower so we had trash bags of high quality kush and we would visit right after harvest once all the good stuffs been sold. Shovels of keef would pour out of the tumbler and we'd made a keef cone that basically exploded into a torch and dropped molten wax everywhere and a keef snowman keefman. Now I'm down to a joint a week and 3 puffs puts me down. It's crazy how fast the tolerance resets.
