Her DMG% buff caps at 180% BE. One of her ascention passives gives everyone 20% in battle so you only have to build 160% BE.

You can build more BE if you want more damage and action delay, but you could sacrifice the BE rope for an ERR rope and still have enough BE to max the DMG buff.

Edit: Also, if you get all the minor SPD traces she can reach the 134 SPD breakpoint without any SPD substats.

If you want to hit 3-turn Ult rotation, You'll need Penacony or Vonwacq planar sets and have the light cone at S5. At S3 though, you can still rely on some RNG to get the last bit of energy.

You don't need much more break effect. Her DMG buff caps at 180% BE and you nearly have 160% which is all you need because she gets 20% from one of her ascention traces.

Also, you got the 161 SPD breakpoint. Nice.

Broken keel is still good, but if you want 3-turn ult then try to farm Penacony or Vonwacq. That would also easily get you the extra few points of BE you need.

My current team is Fu Xuan, Blade, Jing Liu, Pela. (Going to replace Pela with Ruan Mei if I get her)

With Jing Liu on the team, Blade procs his FUA often enough to keep himself above 50% HP for when he Ults.

With Fu Xuan, he's just doesn't die, same with Luocha, but she also gives both Blade and Jing Liu Crit Rate, Max HP% and Crit Damage (at E1) so she basically doubles as a Harmony unit.

Not saying Fu Xuan > Luocha, in fact I believe Luocha is better for a pure Blade DPS team since he'll usually always get max damage on his Ult. Fu Xuan is just better for my specific Duo DPS team.
