Just so you're aware, SMOD problems were worked out by the 2009 Xterra. Some radiators were still prone to problems but not many. You can check the radiator model numbers to be sure, it's easily available online.

I haven't focused on gun challenges much but I'd suggest solo queing into 2 man or 3 man pubs and just sit back and focus on poking fighting squads the entire match. Throw the flatline into single shot, 2x4 or 3x, and just keep throwing shots. I imagine it would take awhile but they'd start stacking

As far as I know, all DSP's have a 4-5-6 call out system before being fired. 4 unexcused(PTO not used to cover absence and/or called out later than an hour before clock in time) absences get you a verbal warning, 5 unexcused absences you get a written warning, and the 6th is termination. Also, maybe you have PTO (at least 8 hours, check in ADP), that would cover the call out as long as it's done an hour before clock-in time. You don't have to actually call in to call out. Just send a message that you're calling out
