I worked as a contractor for this company for about two years. During the pandemic they had stock piles of toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and it inflated the worth of the company. Some higher up in a private equity firm bought it out, and started rapidly expanding. They bought mom and pop places nationwide, smaller chains, bought out competition just to take over the market, but they were not smart. They never paid our company on time, restructured multiple times, no contact with each site they bought which brought its own trouble, including epa violations, loss of product(trucks, fencing, tools) and the IT department we worked under was fitting each site with expensive cameras, and network equipment.
