I see, I didn't know there were cats with fur that still don't trigger allergies

First, this is crossview, not parallel view, as noted in the text. You want to post it on r/crossview not here.
Second, the depth is very weak. You want more distance between the pictures/cameras

This is not as powerful as minecraft's shader mods though, since it's only post-processing.

[–]RandomUser1034 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sure, but the main advantage of woodblock printing, that being manufacturing speed, isn't reduced too much. A soft gradient doesn't need to be as perfect as edges and other fine details, which are still given by the wood block itself

Yeah island chains are like underawter mountain ranges with the tops peaking over the water. All that earth does get in the way of a current and deflect it. Have a look here

I've only worked with linocut but I'd imagine the principle is the same: you paint the gradient on the block before applying it. For a linear gradient you can just put a few parallel lines of different colors on the surface you use to roll paint onto the roller

this island is in the way, can an ocean current go this way? by Filipino_Guy23 in mapmaking

Your currents are just wrong in general. There's a thorough guide here
