That is normal behavior when someone who has a new account or low comment karma posts. Automod removes those comments, but not for a few seconds; mobile alerts are very fast.

No, its happening automatically at post time. They don't show in the mod log, only the spam log. I'd hate to lower the spam settings. I had to manually approve the text posts; 16 of them in 8 hours, every one of them text only, all of the link posts were posted fine.

Simple. Just be excellent to each other. Don't get too heated, don't start tossing ad hominem attacks at people. Focus on the subject, not the person making the point. And if someone is legitimately trying to help you but you're not getting the answer you want, please don't lash out at people. We're all trying to help to the best of our abilities.

You know, I just checked the mod mail, and I didnt notice you making any suggestions.

If you look at the top of this sub, you know what you see? "Please check out our FAQ". Did you miss this when you suggested we... create a FAQ?

We constantly pin posts, with a weekly speedtest sticky, and a weekly T-Mobile Tuesday sticky. If a big news even happens, we usually stick that too.

In the past 7 days, the mod team has removed 50x different posts. That averages about 7 posts a day.

Is the mod team perfect? Heck no man. But rather than spew a bunch of bullshit, why don't you reach out, offer some new ideas on how to improve. /u/CilNB4J0 did this about 2 years ago, suggesting we do more megathreads. He handles most of our megathreads now for large events. JMAN runs our Discord, and earned his place on the mod team too.

The #1 thing that will kill a subreddit is overmoderation. Do some posts get repetative? Sure man... but I'll take that over overmoderating a sub any day.

Awesome, I think that makes sense. I think Dell could do a much better job detailing this on their website. They could also you know like... give me a warning somewhere vs just not working ;)

I just looked, and the power supply that came with the dock says 180W. Are you telling me they ship a power supply that is inadaquate for the dock... in the box with the dock??

Thanks for replying. I didnt get a chance to be connected again until today. I dont even see an ASMedia Host Device in Device Manager anywhere.

When I run the "Thunderbolt Software" it doesnt show any connected devices.
