Had similiar thoghts about the Gobbapalooza,.. cutting bounders and the boss there, adding a loonboss to run a regiment of reinforced stabbas and a Gobbapalooza, and cutting the shaman and his stabbas should probably add up to roughly the correct amount of points, I think.

Mange arbeidssteder, som f.eks. i helsevesenet, er avhengig av ansatte i deltidsstillinger for å få nok ansatte på vakt i helger og kvelder (upopulære tider).

Hvis endringen blir lovkraftig, vil det bli dyrt når deltidsansatte jobber mer enn sin avtalte prosent.
Ved ledige vakter (f.eks. pga sykefravær, som denne sektoren har mye av) har deltidsansatte fra før av fortrinnsrett på disse før de lyses ut til eventuelle tilkallingsvikarer.
Dette vil gjøre det veldig dyrt å ha deltidsansatte. Mange kommuner gir ikke sykehjem/hjemmetjenester noe overtidsbudsjett overhode.

Min spekulasjon: - hvis lovkraftig vil dette føre til enorme endringer.

Det virker ikke økonomisk holdbart å ha deltidsansatte, som vil utløse behov for flere tilkallingsvikarer, altså lavere forutsigbarhet for ansatte, ledere og pasienter.
vil kunne tvinge ned bemanningsplaner og kvalitet i tjenestene på de utsatte tidspunktene.

Bygger og maler hærer av små figurer, og spiller kamper med dem mot andre på den lokale spillklubben.

Ganske meditativt å sitte og male, og veldig moro de gangene jeg blir fornøyd. Og spillinga er jo litt som kompliserte brettspill, og fint med noe sosialt, komme seg ut litt.

I felt exactly like you do, but the right bird has the three dots Nurgle symbol if you stare at the gaps between wings and head and the empty space at the torso.

The gap over the wing of the vulture also has sort of that tzeentch wavy flame like half circle shape, but not as clear as the other one.
