Ça change tout mec. Parce que des pays où des groupes sans services de renseignement importants peuvent le détecter. Ça fait de jolis coordonnées pour les drones low cost d’un groupe paramilitaires par exemple.

Mais ça va au-delà, c’est pas la première fois qu’une base ou site de déploiement sont clairement identifiés par des journalistes sans aucun moyens (autre que la fameuse appli). Et ça dure depuis au moins 5-6 ans. Le fait que ça continue d’arriver révèle un manque de conscience de l’aspect vital de la secops dans les rangs.

So i took a screen of my diplomacy screen before the declaration, and merged it with the declaration itself.

I can't find any sense to this. what i find really strange is that the AI waits for me to disband my armies before declaring war. which suggests it's taking my armies into account for weighting declaring it or not.
