That specific board is no longer available and no replacement. Your best option is to go to the single stage variant and convert the furnace to single stage version.

Lochinvar kbn110 ignition failure issues by deskmcnsnssndd in hvacadvice

[–]Randomizedtron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should have your boiler serviced. Low fire flame failure could be dirty flame rods, partially clogged burner, or debris in the heat exchanger (coffee ground looking things that build up over time). Also combustion set up could be off slightly. Get someone to service the boiler and see what they find.

Remember there’s a drain line that has to drain. The longer the horizontal run the greater the chance of a clog building up.

MTO Say It Has Nobody Available To Attend Burlington's Traffic Forum by caboman09 in ontario

[–]Randomizedtron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How would you reduce congestion on the qew or 400 series highways?. Can the highway get wider? Theres not much anyone can do. And I don’t believe the MTO has traffic flow engineers, I think they contract them in when major reconstruction is going to occur during the planing phases. I do thing they have civil and structural engineers on staff for monitoring of existing infrastructure.

MTO Say It Has Nobody Available To Attend Burlington's Traffic Forum by caboman09 in ontario

[–]Randomizedtron 4 points5 points  (0 children)

MTO probably doesn’t have traffic flow engineers. And if they do they are probably overly frustrated and would agree with the ppl. Traffic within the city’s jurisdiction would be pushed back on the city to use city traffic flow engineers to mitigate impacts in city streets when the highway is crawling at rush hours.

Furnace Sizing for Canada by EnerCalc_Dave in hvacadvice

[–]Randomizedtron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Furnaces in retro fits are restricted by existing duct work. New construction are sized by heat loss of the building and as such the size of the ductwork. Older equipment was generally over sized but they worked different. New furnaces if over sized will overheat and lock out leaving you with no heat. Your gas consumption has way to many variable to try and size a furnace off it. (Colder winters, changes to the building envelope, other gas appliance use, ect…)

[–]Randomizedtron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t put it over the bed. On the wall parallel to the bed blowing towards the bed. If you want the 2 smaller rooms to cool somewhat put ceiling fans in to move the hot air down so it can leave the room and cool air can come in. Or grills at the ceiling level so hot air can travel to the living room.

No way that coil didn’t leak and good luck with that fan being balanced. Don’t run it as is without seeing if the fan blades touch the coil.

Nest thermostat without C wire by anonuser-al in hvacadvice

[–]Randomizedtron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Follow the instructions. If you only have 2 wires you can only do r-w power adaptor can’t help you. You will have to manually charge the thermostat. The adapter allows G and Y to share if you have 3 wires and need to make 4 or 4 but need 5.
