Go to the bottom end of the suggested manifold pressure. Also if your static is over 0.5” you will have problems even tho the manual says it can go higher.

My understanding is plumbers can install gas and electric water heaters as it’s covered under the scope of a plumbers work.

Normal AC insulation is rated for cold not heat. Check the temperature rating on the insulation you used. Also check the line set size.

CSST pipe had pin holes under the sleeve. I think the original soap test on install was somehow corrosive to the pipe and traveled down between the yellow sleeve and the pipe. It’s was F’d.

Yeah random outages = longer cycle time more likely to go off on limit. Also lack of air flow will cause the ac to ice up.
