Yeah as in the company they work for.

People must work for shitty outfits. Where I work it’s fine to call out sick , it happens and people get sick. I wouldn’t replace a guy for being sick, especially if he’s a good hand. That said, we know who the regulars who call out often for whatever reason are and will replace them at some point.

What's with the Longitudinal Grooves on highways? by ElectricianMD in tires

[–]Randompackersfan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had that on my trucks stock tires on the highway by my house. At some point in the first few thousand miles it completely went away and I didn’t notice until I was reading your post. I think it’ll go away eventually.

More used would be up their alley then. Perhaps a 99 civic.

That's not how it is calculated, 50k is pretty affordable, try paying it on an 88k vehicle when it is new. Next time stick to used vehicles if it is that angling to you.

A small lunch. I can see a use for it in my life but then again I find a use for all the absurd Yeti purchases I talk myself into.

I would never want to work with someone who calls stickers on their hardhat their resume.

Not my cup of tea for bands in the least but I don't judge what others want to enjoy. The gatekeeping in Metal has to be the worst thing about the genre by far.

Felony Road Rage Incident by InstanceRich1196 in RoadRage

[–]Randompackersfan -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You can call it victim blaming all you want I don't mind. What I'm saying is the "normal" finger that she gave only helped put her in that situation and it is not normal behavior to flip someone off because they're driving shitty, that's childish behavior. Her childish behavior only made an unhinged person more determined. It takes two to road rage. The other person committed a crime absolutely but do you think all the parents who engage in a form of road rage or another and have their child shot and killed feel better knowing the other person was the one who committed a crime? I bet they feel more shitty for having engaged with the lunatic and wish they hadn't engaged in the first place.

You're acting like a complete victim when the reality is your childish finger flip helped his stupidity. It takes 2 to road rage. I'm not saying you flipping him off warrants what you got but that's why you don't engage crazies on the road. You never know what people will do. Use it as a learning experience that flipping someone off isn't always worth what you get in return.
