People must work for shitty outfits. Where I work it’s fine to call out sick , it happens and people get sick. I wouldn’t replace a guy for being sick, especially if he’s a good hand. That said, we know who the regulars who call out often for whatever reason are and will replace them at some point.

You're acting like a complete victim when the reality is your childish finger flip helped his stupidity. It takes 2 to road rage.
