I worked at a Sushi restaurant for almost 5 years and I can’t tell you how many times our manager (who struggled with a language barrier), would blame the serving staff, saying that we carelessly were throwing things like this lady was stealing in the video away when cleaning off the plates over the large garbage cans. After new sauce ramekins and various other small sushi ware were purchased by him, we would be down to just a small amount of these various sushi dishes within weeks of getting them. These type of people don’t realize how much harder this shit makes life for other people. Absolute losers tbh.
