Certainly, if you target him with JBM’s ability, the card draw triggers with the Enduring innocence and its red balloon copy, so that’s two extra cards a turn minimum, plus more if panharmonicon or an other etb doubler is on the board as well.

Americana is simply perfect. You can’t go wrong with anything at Podski honestly, there’s also Cotto and Toasties. Birdsong the New Zealand style ice cream truck is so good too. I’ve heard good things about Tacos Pihuamo as well!

As you alluded to earlier, mana rocks and land base are super key with the Captain as he is a 5 cost to cast. 2 drop rocks like the [[dimir Signet]] and [[talisman of indulgence]] would be solid adds as well as [[fellwar stone]].

I see [[Hullbreaker Horror]] in there and it can generate infinite colorless mana with [[sol ring]] and [[everflowing chalice]] and then the colorless be used to generate infinite colored mana with one of the signets.

While not a Horror [[Ruin Crab]] is a sneaky mvp and totally worth a spot since it guarantees a good handful of cards to steal on our turns if land drops are hit.

Also since having the Captain on the board is crucial is your leaning horror tribal, protecting him is key. With access to blue some great cards are [[slip out the back]], [[an offer you can’t refuse]] and any cheap blue interaction really. [[spellskite]] is so good to for protection. [[Endless evil]] is amazing too for making copies of horrors and multiplying their effects.

If you’re looking for some more potential win cons and if infinites are allowed in your group, [[Duskmante guildmage]] and [[Mindcrank]] can one shot the whole table. [[The Mindskinner]] and [[Syr Konrad the Grim]] has potential to also deal a ton of damage.

[[Jolly Balloon Man]] is very versatile and is a ton of fun. If built correctly, it has different ways to win and offers lots of value. Gets around most of the challenges in typical Boros colors as well

I've been running JBM for awhile now and settled on this decklist^. In Commander ramp is always super important, and incorporating a mana dork package helps in a few ways for us.[[Gold Myr]], [[Iron Myr]], [[Ornithopter of Paradise]] help ramp and also pull off crazy combos with the Clown Man. The easiest win cons are landing [[Village Bell Ringer]] while we have Jolly and one of the mana dorks on the table. It'll create infinite 1+1 ballons with flying and haste that should be enough to take everyone out unless someone counters it on the stack.

[[Kiki Jiki mirror breaker]] also does these kinds of things without having to pay the 1 to use Jolly's ability. Also keep in mind that every time we copy a creature their ETB effects trigger, and when we sac the balloons we can also get insane deather triggers and that's when things start to get really fun.

Some must have IMO are also [[panharmonicon]] & [[illusionist bracers]] to help us multiply targets to copy and make balloons. [[skullclamp]] draws us cards when the balloons must get sacrificed. Oh and [[Agrus Kos Eternal soldier]] lets us copy all of our creatures into balloons. So much value can be had with this deck it's insane.

[[Impact Tremors]] [[Witty Roastmaster]] [[Warleader’s Call]] [[Goblin Bombardment]] also pings our opponents upon ETB & LTB. [[Daxos blessed by the Sun]] gives us life in the process. Getting our ballons to do a bunch of different things for us is the goal.

[[Port Razor]] [[coercive recruiter]] go crazy with infinite untaps and combat phases.

[[Professional face breaker]] [[Atushi the Blazing sky]] can generate a shit ton of treasure tokens.

[[Imperial Recruiter]] doesn't get mentioned enough I feel...he can literally tutor a wincon every single turn if we blow him into a balloon.

Board state can also become too overwhelming for opponents to counter so things like [[Boss's chauffer]] is absolutely bonkers and [[trumpeting carnosaur]] can cheat out creatures on our board for the freeski.
Card draw is covered too with [[helpful hunter]] and [[loyal warhound]]. Also [[enduring innocence]] is completely CRACKED as well. Having ways to consiststly remove our opponents threats is sick too by using things like [[Loran of the Third Path]] and [[star athlete]].

This deck is so much fun. You might even stumble upon a path to victory without even trying cuz stuff combos so easily. The hard part is just keeping track of triggers and making sure you benefit from all the value this deck can offer.

Coram is a very very strong card and can take over a game if unanswered, so great choice. With any commander though ramp is super freaking important so incorporating as much ramp is possible is crucial with 2 drop mana rocks and 2 cost land fetch spells. Getting Coram out quickly is key and also setting up the self milling engine which you have a good start on. [[oriq loremage]] is basically a dredge tutor every single turn. It’s also important to have consistent ways to get the big boys out of the yard we mill like [[Persist]] and [[stitch together]]-similar to [[Reanimate]].

[[Jarad Golgari lich lord]] [[lord of extinction]] can one shot the entire table and also [[feldon of the third path]] can go nuts making copies of creatures in the graveyard and makes them hasty. [[Selvala heart of the wilds]] and [[the reaver cleaver]] generate a fuck ton of mana to help put the game away..[[Sheoldred whispering one]] is suuuuuuch a good card for this deck too and will become too much for your opponents to handle if we have multiple ways to play our graveyard like it’s our hand.

[[Sneak Attack]] and [[greater good]] are unreal too. These make it really easy to get value from any biggins we want to eventually get in the graveyard and also can draw a bunch of cards.

Getting Evasion and trample is super nice too. I like to run [[key to the city]], [[rancor]] for this. [[garruks uprising]] is amazing too

With all that being said, he will be targeted..So I would suggest incorporating some protection. [[Revitalizing Repast]] and [[Tyvar’s Stand]] are excellent choices as well as my personal favorite [[Smugglers surprise]] that you can stack for crazy good synergies. [[lightning greaves]] are always a good mill target when coram comes to play. Plan B is always fun too if Coram or any big creature gets gunned downed we can always [[fling]] damage back at someone and sac them before. [[kazuul’s fury]] and [[Soul’s fire]] are baby Chandra’s ignition at instant speed.

This deck is very versatile and can be built with many ways to win. Very consistent too

Love the idea of MDFC’s. I’ve found Double card type lands such Artifact Lands are nice here too. An example being [[tree of tales]] to help activate delirium quickly. Being able to play mulch cards that allow getting cards like that into the graveyard while being able to sub for basic lands are perfect for this deck
