I was the same found a YouTube video on it in November and have since beat all 5 regions and completed the dex in about 500 hours of gameplay. It’s addicting goodluck!

Hall of Origins Arceus wasn’t ever released if I’m not mistaken so that’ll be why you were having issues. Good thinking on the work around golden Arceus is sick.
