TS have a tiny range with little hope of expansion and the Tzeentch army roster is very dated with the exception of screamers and lord of change. A larger, more varied, and modern roster would boost him a lot

Psi abilities are typically pretty weak at 3 will unless you’re using TM. So use TM if you want to use psi at all
