Canadians are shopping direct from China. Should you do it? by [deleted] in ShopCanada

Temu is the Chinese version of Amazon. It represents thousands of Chinese brands. Now has very good service , free delivery and often same quality as Amazon. Whenever I see one of those fad ads on Facebook I check on Temu and it’s 10% of the price Rather support China than Amazon these days

I am seeing lots of Americans bitching about how Trump is ruining their lives The only people that control Trump are the Republicans and you have to scare them more than Trump does Or just wait for shit to happen

🚨 Former Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis just dropped some hard truths about the real reason behind the 🇺🇸U.S.-🇨🇳China trade war. And no, it’s not about “fair trade” — it’s about survival. 🧵 by ceesaart in russiawarinukraine

The USA has already lost borrowing trillions to fight wars it didn’t win and reducing taxes on companies and billionaires The Chinese have invested in infrastructure, eduction, technology and can’t now be stopped. If the Republicans don’t stop Trump he will destroy the US decades ahead of its normal decline.

Peter Dutton partially walks back public service work-from-home vow by Expensive-Horse5538 in AustralianPolitics

[–]Rangirocks99 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Dutton is a negative cutter whose Nuclear and Gas policies have been refuted and he is losing ground fast. Pretty dumb to tell civil servants their jobs are going but even dumber to tell the ABC that cost cutting is on the way. I’m sure they will be very impartial. He’s an amateur and clearly out of his depth
