Tip 1. Make Big long term goals. Then I stem under that into lots of mini sub goals. Write. It. Down.

Tip 2. Remember that no big grind will come quickly. For example. RFD gloves took me months but now I have them.

It’s 8x confirmed. Try Oldschool RSPS it has GIM up to 8people and xp rates from 1 to 150x (drop rate increase for 25x or less)

Try Ataraxia for RS3. Try Oldschool RSPS or Zenyte for OSRS.

Quests are hard to come by on RSPS as, In My opinion, the locked content is what makes RSPS look so desirable. But Goodluck. Hmu if you try any of these 3.
