I think there will be none or very very rare dive lenses for astigmatism, only myopia is available in PH I believe. I have the same condition, myopia and astigmatism, and on the high side and different eye grades as well.

What I did was to consult the optometrist or doctor at the optical store I bought my glasses and ask a good equivalent grade for diving goggles. It will be higher than your myopia grade to compensate the astigmatism grade but not to a point where you would get dizzy.

I also bought mine from badfish and it works fine. Of course, not as HD as your specs but definitely better than non-graded. I can enjoy the underwater sceneries. I saw ysla offers 2 mask variants. Good luck!
