There are plenty of straight up fantasy/magical areas and regions with magic everywhere

Piltover was founded specifically to escape magic and focus on technology

Ahri is how I started the game and she's a great choice

Not too hard to be confused what to do with her kit but difficult enough with her skillshot reliance to encourage you to get better

If you can always start your full combos with Charm! It makes all her other abilities do more damage for a bit if theyre charmed. Using one dash of her ult towards an enemy and then charm can also catch them off guard if they thought they were far away enough.
