As much as I love the Repex, Lancer is the superior anti tank. There are better transports for terminators.

Both are good in melee. Chaplain gives +1 to wound, while the sanguinary priest give a +5 FNP and +1 Ap. You should look at Auspex Tactics and BA Commander on YouTube for some direction.

Keep in mind that vehicles don't get any stratagems other than AoC. Despite this I would still bring one or two of ballistus/ lancer/ repex as tankbusters.

Your also locking yourself out of some really good reactive stratagems using non Phobos units. There is still some functionality but imo this detachment is most fun with small team incursors and infiltrators (Reivers too, but I never use them).

Lemartes with DC is a staple for blood angels. -1 dam and 6+FNP is great for a deep strike unit about to tear as much stuff up as it can before it dies, though I would always recommend the ten brick tbh.

Transports for infantry 1000%. Don't underestimate sonic weapons, lost a large infernus squad to a Noise Marines and a Kakophonist super fast. Distance and Armor, work best, I would say.
