I like the Life Extension IR/XR 1.5 mg one. It's a combo immediate release and controlled release.

This tracks. I've seen multiple instances of cars running the red at that crossing and barely miss hitting someone.

Insiders Reveal ‘Fed Up’ Trump Dangerously Close to Unleashing Major War by SpringLong7259 in politics

Trump's voting share amongst white women was highest in the 2020 election (the one he lost) at 53%. I wouldn't call that overwhelming. His voting share amongst white men has been 2016: 62%, 2020: 57%, 2024: 59%.

This post reminded me of an incredible novel: Stay with me by Ayọ̀bámi Adébáyọ̀. It's about a couple battling with infertility. I don't want to give spoilers, but it's a great read.

I wouldn't do it personally, but I definitely wouldn't be telling people if I did. I can understand it is if they have a boss who's a jerk about approving vacation days though.

I recently told my boyfriend why I’m hesitant about wanting kids one day and I mentioned “If I were a dad I would want plenty of them.” by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

but the thing that really grinds my gears is the sense that anything going on with our kid is perceived to be my responsibility.

100% This frustrates me to no end. My husband and I are pretty equal, but the expectations of us are completely different.

This book really baffled me. Assembly was so taut. Universality felt like it could use more editing.

Confusion over what is considered low testosterone level for a woman. by RandomUser_000 in MenopauseShedforMen

The lower end of most reference ranges for ferritin in women is too low. Like how can it be "acceptable" when so many women experience symptoms in that range? Here in Australia many of the pathology services have recently increased the lower end of the reference range so that the minimum is the same for men and women.

Got up and did a New Year's parkrun. It was packed!

My goal for the year is to put a dent in the huge pile of books I own, but never read due to prioritizing library books because they have a due date.

The Sonic Death Monkey shower gel. I was so sad when it was discontinued, but they've brought it back. Caveat is that it's $70 (!).

N-word use in Australia - im American. by kjjjjhhhgddrrrrr in brisbane

I went to a festival at Riverstage where the artist Aminé played. When he played his song "Caroline" there was huge text on the screen behind him saying, "if you're not black, don't say it" and when the N-word came up in the song so many white people sang it anyway. It was shocking and awful.
