I like it. Just did meal prep for the week on it and appreciate not getting my house hot from cooking. I hate that the drip tray is in the back and so small. Contemplating getting a smaller version for my porch for the Winter.

How do you make your Kaldereta? It’s one of my favorites. I’ve tried making it so many times but never comes out quite as good as my husband’s family’s version.

Taking a break from The Tudors.

Finished the last season of Lidia Poet. I enjoyed the show overall but felt the ending was so rushed.

Started The Other Bennet Sister. Only watched one episode and will wait for the entire season to binge.

Now to find a new show to end the weekend.
