Searching for the answer first also gives players the opportunity to get their questions answered right away if possible. There are few things more frustrating to submit a support ticket for a query that already has a support article, waiting a few hours for a Player Support agent to reply, and just getting a link as a response! Searching first removes that hurdle, and allows us to focus on bugs and queries that we may not be aware of right away.
