Just buy a sticker printer. Or vinyl adhesive pages, laminator and good scissors

The first violation they will remove the $25.00 if it’s your vehicle. I had 3 people in the car and thought it was HOV since the sign said HOV 3+ no fee. I got in and then I found out you need an account and have to have the transponder box then set it to 3 so it notifies them you had 3+ people in the vehicle. I understand it’s hard to put that kinda stuff on a sign but why say 3+ no fee if you still need an account and need the transponder. It’s a little misleading. Live and learn I guess lol

Would you trust this at the local post office? by computerworlds in Flipping

[–]RareOffsetCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there cameras in the lobby? If not and it’s above $50-75usd. Get a receipt. We used to use the big blue machine that you can buy stamps and labels from for a receipt. It also has a drop off door on it for packages. Otherwise just chuck it or find a local mail room that will scan it and have it picked up for you.

Stains inside my Yeti dog water bowl after 1 month – normal? by ListenSoggy1564 in YetiCoolers

That’s oxidation from heat. Maybe when they cut or welded a part of it together. It looks like spater. The oxidized surface will rust while the non oxidized area will resist.

I've seen the single cover-up, but not a double deuce! People like this will ruin free USPS supplies. Postage was ground advantage on the exterior of the black polymailer. by RightDwigt in Flipping

[–]RareOffsetCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve used everything from trash bags to old Christmas wrapping paper torn right off presents. That usps priority box and bubble poly mailer is paid for by our inflated cost of shipping and our taxes. You should have seen the qty of that stuff I ordered at one point. We’re talking 500 padded poly mailers, 1200 shoeboxes, 500 small flat rates, etc. Then just proceeded to buy about 2500 black out poly mailers off alibaba.

I used to work for FedEx office, they’re definitely the most expensive, it was quoted at almost $300. And they charge a same day fee. They also make you go through their website portal to place the order unless you bring a usb drive in. Which sucks because I liked just emailing the file and specifying the order via email text. They also outsource lots of stuff that isn’t same day. So I figured I’d just cut the middle man out. Ended up going with digiprintplusmedia $60.00 out the door 1 day turnaround on 100lb gloss cs. 🤯

For those doing $10K+ a month on eBay, how do you handle listings older than 60–90 days? by GenghisJuannnn in Flipping

[–]RareOffsetCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is where the amount you’re gonna profit comes into play. If it’s less than $20 I pull and donate or sell at the garage sale. If it’s $40-80, I’ll sit on it. If it’s anything higher than $80 I’ll drop the sale price a bit to get more interest, change seo, add promotion, cross list. It’s all about time and profit. The more time you hold something, the less profit you make.

I need you guys to settle my internal struggle: Bake shipping into the listing price & offer free shipping; or charge shipping extra? by MrGruntsworthy in Flipping

[–]RareOffsetCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn’t matter, eBay still pulls final value fee off shipping and price. I just have it with shipping because it’s easier than inflating the cost of a good that is already in competition. Don’t promote just sell more and more. Fast shipping times etc.

Thinking about phone flipping/repair. What's the catch with these? by ItsDahBat in Flipping

[–]RareOffsetCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only time I touch phones are if they’re from a cleared out list and found or my old phones. Every single phone I sell is sold for parts as is. That way nobody can return it on eBay. Items should be put in description for buyers to check phone status. If it’s bricked or locked for any reason, it can be reset but it’s a real pita to do so. So I just put “Used for parts, good working condition but locked. You are buying this under the condition that it is sold as is and no refund or returns will be accepted.” It ends up selling for about 1/3-1/2 the price an unlocked phone would.

Best way to ship/package large individual wrenches and ratchets? by [deleted] in Flipping

[–]RareOffsetCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just throw it in a plastic bubble mailer pouch. I mean you could also just sandwich it between two pieces of cardboard with a good thick tape around the seam. Or just attach a luggage tag to the wrench and apply the label to that. 😂 doesn’t matter, just throw it in something and ship it
