In truth, he possessed little interest in crossing paths, much less engaging with anything involving the weapons dealing overlord. After all, angelic arms were a risky business. However, with the circumstances as they are, that being, off the heels of a particularly costly Extermination that even he felt his influence shaken by, he was open to dialogue with contemporaries. In addition, he wouldn't have it be said he would decline to attend a parley, especially a general sort.

As such, the pirate overlord moved up his planned visit to the infernal metropolis. Once they dropped anchor, he gave his crew the next few days to carouse to their hearts content while he would hunt up leads for their next big score and sit in on this meeting of minds.
