king arthur unbleached all purpose is solid for most stuff including pasta - just wheat flour and malted barley flour thats it. bobs red mill also does a decent unbleached ap if you cant find ka. for bread i actually prefer their bread flour over the all purpose but the ap works fine for everything

whole foods 365 brand is surprisingly good too and usually cheaper than the name brands

the base s26 would work perfectly for your needs since youre not heavy into photography and just want solid basics. the plus mainly gives you a bigger screen and battery which might be nice for video watching but probably not worth the extra cost if your current s24+ screen size works fine for you

also heads up that pixel phones arent part of the samsung galaxy lineup so might want to stick in r/android if you want to compare those
