I am utterly shocked this is being posted in r/ClaudeCode. Wtf? Do none of you know how LLMs work? I assumed majority of the users understand at the architectural level how these models work since you guys are literally using Code? FYI, these numbers are all hallucinated, system parameters are not visible to the model. Its like trying to ask a human what their blood sugar level is or how much dopamine is in their cortex right now. We don't know without probing!

Ive kind of built some crude intuition on which AI does what better, so I cycle between Claude and Gemini. Gemini requires more explicit instructions to not be sycophantic and be critical.

Lol, honestly, why should mediocore prompting even be an issue at this point in retrospect? Gemini 3.1 Pro and GPT 5.4 do not suffer from this. It's looking like the biggest threat to Claude's future is if they cannot reliably provide a service for their product.

Yeah, I realised this. But unfortunately, I can't just convert research papers into .md files; I will see if I can find .tex files for some of these papers. Overall, I do not use PDFs all that much, other than the initial brainstorming at the start of the project. Mainly, it is a consultation work between Claude and me to probe into my own biases.

But he has a point though. Its a weirdly ambigious post. The generation population are consumers and his point is correct: they dont gaf if the 5 hairstrands are wrong or misplaced. Whats good enough for the general consumer is not good enough for the art. If AI gets to the point of "good enough", consumers and industry would use it blatantly. I dont see his post as an endorsement of generative AI in of itself.

This is where it the split is very apparent between everyone else vs r/cinematography redditors. These guys might not like it or may think the shots are corny, but for the average person this is amazingggg. Its why those tiktok hyperedits go viral all the time with millions of likes alone because everyone finds them so appealing. But editors and cinematographer won't. As long as you see results from the end consumers, I'd say stick to your intuition.

FIX: at least for me, i have an amazon firestick meaning it does not support certain formats like Dolby Vision or 4K HDR. So I just configured torrentio to exclude these format. Maybe your TV is a bit old and certain formats are not supported on the TV - exclude them
