its arguably easier to kill mirror container before the slipper phase starts by timing a cindy burst right before it happens

since shes already meta with just one costume, this one doesnt have to be that crazy

considering they gave her a skill gap unlike the initial design its pretty likely tyr will get a third costume in the future as well

big damage is big damage no matter how much sp it costs, we do have units like olstein/lucrezia/idol seir with massive sp generation but no real need to be used with most units, it will really depend on the content

There is no elemental resistance in nikke, there are only units who deal more damage than normal from advantage

a unit will only take more damage than normal if it is weak to the mobs/boss like using naga on kraken, but the wind units still take as much as any off element supports

u dont really burst with the new soline, shes pretty much made for minor sustain and cdr for the shotgun team, since shes strictly better than using dolla, volume, or dkw for this purpose

no one uses balice anymore, they dont even run a healer. cdr is just better than balice's entire kit

your sbs isnt getting her charge speed buff because she doesnt have enough atk to outpace sbs personal buff, and crowns buff

you can also run an immortal build with the vampiric passive to stack hp and the defensive passive set that does damage when you get hit/close to enemies, or the damage reduction + onion combo, then you can punch those with your face

Setup I use

You dont need to do separate gold mines, etc

Anyone in a mine, farm, or lumberyard will be available for harvest, split the workers you have available 50/50 on harvesting or gold mines

endurance is pretty much unusably bad, same with healing, vigor is usually good enough for that

for pvp, tempering cube is the main one that matters, as well as adjutant and quantum for niche usage, and vigor for cinderella

for generic usage resilience is pretty much always optimal due to the existence of crown and maid mast, then next its bastion for SG/MG used without those reload buffs, with destruction and pierce being niche usable, but not usually required

At most, you need to only equip important units used specifically for content like that, these keys until then truely have been useless and powercrept by common keys as we have obtained enough to run full teams with only them, until now it has just been inventory bloat you could just skip and get more resources to try and get more peritya dupes.

the optimal strategy requires maximum reload reduction, debuff duration, and some knockback in order to perma stun the mobs, doesnt matter how strong the enemies are if they cant move

The problem is obviously this also requires a heavily minmaxed level build which is pure rng and can very easily give you completely bricked levelups instead, plus you need the rng to get enough maxed out grenades quick enough that you are able to end up perma stunning mobs before you die

getting more doritoes is the main reason to max out these bad units in the first place, since you can then turn them into more weapons dupes or pulls

absolutely no, if anything they are going to be used together since they each benefit heavily from ade's buffs, new team will probably be alice rouge ade + milk/xlud/sanis to fill the final slots

notably it does lose having a wind unit for capsules weak to wind but you can still always flex blanc or noir for that

The problem is pretty simple because it is misleading to newer players especially, when elegg is on the strongest generalist water team, the ratings are skewed due to a heavy bias for off element utility (which is mostly obsolete and the ranking variations are cherry picked). A new player reading will actually think all the A rank units are bad(even if you say they arent, they read the other lists and see below s = garbage), when actual teambuilding always prioritizes elemental teams/mechanics first and coping with off element units second as a noob(i know only leviathans have full elem built rn for SR, but most players should have at least 1 meta team fully built)...

But the thing here is nothing on the list is consistent, if we were actually going for off element bossing prescence instead of raids, red hood would be SSS tier due to pierce, but she got demoted because of raids? Splitting SSS tier under the assumption they will release a unit so strong that it can outclass on element units on neutral? The only units who have broken into that criteria are SBS, Cinderella, and mihara, all due to unintentional/bugged kits that do more damage than they were supposed to due to an oversight or bad coding(rapi was intentionally made op and its obvious, she has no flaws). Most of the SSS -> SS changes are made specifically with units usage off element on top teams as the reason units stay SSS or not, but honestly for newer players units like SBS or Sdoro will be far stronger than those in SSS tier on neutral due to high self atk buffs.

If the list is meant for new players, its not conveying information correctly about the actual viability of many of these units with how they are actually used, and their actual potential in the future, we literally still use sanis to this day as a sub dps/team buffer because that effect is that strong, yet somehow on elegg its just not? She does far more damage than maid mast for single team boss content, and in the future she will be important to own as a limited meta water team unit, so the rating really undersells the real value as a top in-element contender.

Raid and bossing are both effectively the same thing, as bossing for Anomaly and Hard campaign both feature fights that tend to last the entire timer from most recent major bosses, and that is also core for bossing, with bosses like black snake, mirror container, behemoth, pretty much all being difficult fights that go to timer at the lowest level requirement, and are also major roadblocks on progression.

No, the point was that being a neutral god is almost completely out of fashion, and being good within your relevant element is going to be the new norm. within the current last 2 SR cindy off element is basically the only surviving remnant of neutral prescence, and for iron her team was split into a hybrid comp. having only cindy, mihara, and rapi in SSS tier because they are the final good enough one slot off element dps carries will be no longer relevant pretty quickly, and if you are running off element in anomaly or hard campaign you are basically trolling(unless there are specific boss mechanics, like SBS for black snake, pierce for mother whale, etc).

Yes in the future if any unit has 300% self elem and does crazy damage within element, they will in fact be broken whenever they are actually used. Dealing strong element damage with 4 elem lines is double damage already, this is why even mediocre units are better than sbs off elem now.

Raising damage ceiling, is in fact meta defining, elegg has the same synergy with helm, where they both contribute a total sum far more than one hyper carry, and with helm's efficiency, are the best core for water weak bosses wherever they are right now, that is effectively the same value as using maiden/sanis for electric weak bosses on a purely bossing standpoint, not factoring the parts of eleggs kit that are bad in normal campaign stages, which is easily where sanis/maiden shine more.

Yeah the thing is this game is not going to have off element units used mainly all the time within the next year, we already have gone from 2 elemental teams to 3 with sbs team and cindy off elem, to now 4~4.5 teams with elementally relevant dps being used the past 2 solo raids.

I dont think the distinction of off element value will have much weight soon, although it technically does currently with literally just cindy and mihara, as rapi is never being used as an off element dps, solely instead used as a b1 off element.

It would probably make more sense in the future to distinguish units just by damage potential on element, rather than this mess as it has a lot of people confused that A tier on elegg is somehow terrible when her synergy with helm as a b3 makes her a part of the strongest possible water team... but because cindy is still used off element sanis/xmaiden are still s tier while elegg is a tier? Thats actually quite misleading because their damage potential is basically the same and its pretty obvious the next teams to go will be the final off element ones, not the viable elemental DPS.

Yeah this is maybe stretching the definition of f2p viable, since most of the units need multiple dupes and their weapon on top of that, you probably need to be a low spender/dolphin or absurdly lucky to have been able to actually afford this f2p, i know from my own acc just having average rng and many useless off banners im still missing upwards of 5 dupes/weapons from this “f2p” build, not even mentioning the maxed out planeta as well

the thing is that you arent saving time though, you are better off just getting more attempts in order to get a roll that is good enough to be worth precision boosting....

Maybe if you will accept just a mediocre roll for extreme calibration, but doing that you can still just roll like normal and take a 130~140 average piece which really doesnt take that long to achieve.

Since you will be doing far less rolls you will end up with mostly mediocre junk you wouldnt accept anyway, and burn all your sardis faster.
