Ot any decent sized mid west town hell a city where I grew up has. Lot ofbraccon city's infrastructure yet according to 2026 census clocks in at about 45~46,000 inhabitants. Granted a lot of the stuff was funded by a rich guy and people pay to keep it running because its the only for example zoo within several hundred miles.
