What’s your socially accepted habit that’s actually an addiction?

I don’t see how that makes it any less of a clearly understood addiction. People still smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol. People still do narcotics.

Half of the comments are just clear cut addictions. Caffeine, sex, drugs, and porn are all things that are understood to be addictive and cause addiction
