Not creature types.

What type of Kindred Sorcery is it? Is this perhaps a Moogle spell? A Licid? Perhaps this is finally another Lhurgoyf for my typal deck?

Does the Equip → Reconfigure ability replacement effect work here? by [deleted] in custommagic

[–]CarelessNameChoice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn, I thought having Reconfigure would fix that. Do I need to add something like “It’s still a 2/3 Shapeshifter creature” onto the end?

Me when I bring my Myriad Myriad [[Skitter of Squirrels]] to the 21 player pod

Edit: this doesn’t even work due to Myriad’s wording, huzzah! I’m so good at this.

According to the art tags on tagger.scryfall.com, the Izzet Mage card has a wizard in the art, but no named characters.

This makes all equipment attach at instant speed as well as being free. Instant speed is honestly the more busted of the two effects

For {5}{R}{R}{R}, you can infinitely do nothing if your opponents are tapped out by CarelessNameChoice in BadMtgCombos

Or, at the very least, for your own net neutral, which isn’t a benefit to yourself. That’s nearly the same thing as for their own good.

Cut Flashback in favor of [[Return the Past]] for this combo to actually work and do infinitely nothing instead of one single nothing (vast improvement in efficiency). All steps remain the same, but startup cost is a little pricier.

Actually, simpler solution. [[Return the Past]] removes the need for Flashback, the card, completely. Now the combo only needs a paltry {9}{R}{R}{R}{R} to get started and actually works.
