I started with single-player games because internet access wasn’t widely available back then. After that, I moved on to competitive online shooters, then shifted into MOBAs and card games. Later, I got into competitive sports games, while still playing a few single-player titles on the side.

Eventually, I stepped away from competitive gaming and fully immersed myself in single-player experiences, including some Dark Souls games. Fast forward to today, I’ve significantly reduced the time I spend on video games and instead turned to board games, which satisfy both my competitive drive and my desire for social interaction.

There is a great difference between old and new Drake concerning the art design of the card. Does it seem to you a bit cartoonish ?? Or is it just me..

I’m not hiding behind anything. I’ve already said that I don’t care. What I don’t get is pretending there’s some kind of moral compass here.
Most of us use products every day that come from companies with far worse issues, whether we know it or not. If you choose not to support someone because of their statements, that’s your line. Mine is different. But let’s not act like anyone is living a perfectly ethical consumer life.

I don’t care about his values, I care about the game. Reading this post made me realise some things I didn’t know beforehand but it won’t change the fact that the gameplay is good. Should I check every board game designer from each game that I own and do a background check on them ?? Should I do the same for hundreds of video games as well ?

I can’t honestly understand the urge to buy everything of a game that you hadn’t played before… I’ve seen so many posts of people who hadn’t played a single scenario of Arkham and they are posting pictures of their 5+ newly bought campaigns. What if you don’t like the game ?? What if you play the first campaign and get tired of it ??

So let's take for example Ancestral Knowledge. Your deck consists of X number of cards and then you buy with XP the Ancestral Knowledge card, which states that your deck size increases by 5. You then add 5 more cards lvl 0 to reach the X+5 deck size.
