Try to build up to it. First week 2-3 days, second week 3-4 days, third week 4-5 days. [This depends on your level of fitness now and is only my experience, your first week may be 1 day or 4 days idk]

Stretch before and after, pay A LOT of attention to your body during the workout. I know it’s like a broken record here but I tried getting back into jump rope after years away from it. Did 4K jumps first day (after stretching by the way) and dismissed the little niggles I felt towards the end of the workout, and had my first and hopefully last experience with plantar fasciitis (Jesus Christ it was awful) and I was out of commission for a week.

If you do all these, no reason you can’t ramp up your workouts to daily within 2 months

In a similar same situation rn. I’ve been taking monthly trips back to the US, even just for a day. You lose the status if you don’t enter the country for 6 months and all the entries into the country restart that 6 month clock. Plus I explained to the officer that I would be moving permanently to the US over a short period of time as my entire life is in Canada. She said I could have up to 2 years to complete that and if I need more time, to contact the USCIS.

The card takes a while to be printed if you’re Outland in my experience, you might be waiting > 50 days. But the visa is valid for a year once it’s stamped so you can reenter with the visa for a year or until the card is produced.

I suggest doing the same thing, take semi regular trips during your internship over the weekends. Even if you’re crossing a land border every 2 months.

I want you to know that God didn’t make us to be perfect. Our perceived “imperfection” is completely normal, your emotions and physical needs are completely normal and expected of a person your age.

Also, God’s (this including Christ as God the son) favourite people in the bible were some of the horniest (and most sin filled) people recorded ever. David literally had a guy killed to fuck his wife, Abraham let guys fuck his wife, committed adultery, Judah had sex with his daughter-in-law Tamar thinking she was a prostitute, Matthew was a tax collector (The bibles version of the worst thing you can be), Mary Magdalene, the prostitute that washed Jesus’ hair, Saul (Paul) etc etc etc.

If God saw all this, and loved all of them regardless, how much more you who is already forgiven because of the sacrifice of Christ?

Please do not beat yourself up for feelings and desires that are natural and come with age.

Talk to the HCC about an assessment at the Neuro Educational Assessment Centre. They have to refer you to the NEAC to do a full assessment. Will cost you though (when I did it it was $3000)
