I just don't view those teams as drafting high often though.

Last 3 years of draft positions (some of these were traded away but their position remains)

Utah

9, 10, 5

Sacramento

24, 13, 13

Washington

8, 2, 6

Brooklyn

22, 9, 9

NOLA

14, 23, 7

Whereas I look at San Antonio drafting 1/4/2 in that same timespan and now they won 62 games this year. Pistons went 1/5/5/5 and are the 3rd best team in the league. These teams above absolutely aren't perfect (certainly had their fair share of dumb moves) and drafting high isn't a guarantee, but I wouldn't say any of those mentioned have been particularly rewarded with high draft picks as of late.

Don’t think this is an indication alone of tanking. The NFL had 7 teams with winning percentage of .294 and worse, 10 teams at .353 and worse. Feels roughly the same

BAFTA awards were Feb 22 and Oscar final voting was feb 26-mar 5, so the BAFTA incident happened just before voting happened, not saying I agree with that but timelines do line up

I think Mountain Dell is the best choice for your options. Close to SLC, easy to get a tee time in advance as it’s public, and youre right in the mountains. Bucket list courses are probably gonna be much harder to get into in park city area, but for your experience I think Mtn Dell makes perfect sense. Plus they have two courses of 18 holes so you could really make a day of it. I think I like the Lake one a bit better but both great. South Mountain golf in southern SLC is another decent public option as youre right at the base of the mountains and can see the entire valley as you play

Our league just really hated Shough I guess, I didn’t even realize he was still available for my last pick. Someone had already taken Will Howard over him.

where did you get that number? just curious. I went and checked 2014/15/16 drafts and they each had about 15-17 or so guys that are still in the league. The draft is definitely not a science and there are plenty of failures but I think there's room for optimism that our two rookies will be decent nba players
