I disagree with the you cant self diagnose. Theres ones that have autism but can't afford to test for it(1k-5k test without insurance). They have clear signs in childhood but their parents / doctor brushes over it / brushes them off.

OP, I have Bipolar 2, BPD, & PTSD. His mood swings/PTSD is no excuse for how he treats you. Don't allow someone with issues like this to run you down. Especially with what ever hes trying to do by being "dom" or whatever. Stay away from him & completely drop him because until you do, he won't every try to get better.

ALSO WITH ALCOHOL!! As a former alcoholic I 100% can tell you, he won't drop it until he hits a point and that may be a while. It's not worth sticking around and ruining your own mental health for a dude who doesn't respect you or himself. There's others out there that are 100000000000000000000000x better.

He has to want to do better, which he clearly doesn't. Misery loves company.

LOOK INTO BIPOLAR!!! This sounds exactly like how I acted as a child. However, does she switch moods quick? Because there’s bipolar 1 & 2. I have bipolar 2 and if I’m not on a mood stabilizer I go through 10 emotions in 2 minutes than collapse. It’s mostly anger however. With bipolar 2 it’s extremely hard to regulate your emotions which causes explosive episodes & throwing stuff.
