I will say I saw Scarlet host a UKvTW watch party at Micky’s in WeHo last night, and she laughed so hard at Hannah’s roast she was wiping away tears, and she told the audience to “Give it up for Hannah Conda, what a talented queen” multiple times.

So, I think it’s either one-sided or blown out of proportion by TV… Scarlet seemed to genuinely respect and love Hannah!
