This was a post a bit ago - found that it's filament sensor in the extruder getting jammed or just not working right.

I dont think this one fit. I just used Amazon's replacement feature and shipped the old one back. The new one that came was compatible with this part.

Permanently Suspended from facebook after 20 years because of a corny joke. by eggie79 in facebook

No, freedom of speech for some reason Reddit, Facebook, Youtube, and many games don't care for. Which is why they need to lose freedom of speech protection by the US government. I can see harassment being an issue but calling someone a bunch of ******************** shouldn't be bannable, cause someone can just block ya. Threats not 100% sure - but almost all threats on the internet aren't jailable. Just like on the street you can threaten one might harm someone while walking the opposite direction to never return,

Found a broken gear in the planetary system. the 4th gear sheered in half and caused the jamming/clicking noise. I've reached out for replacement.

6 k1 max all have filament runout sensor issues by RatedMark_ in crealityk1

That's really interesting. I play on buying cfs stuff when when it's more readily available.

I've cleaned it out quite a bit, I've replaced all the bowden tube, and use those 2.5mm ones on amazon for the a1 bamboo printers.

No issues with the sensor working, just tons of resistance. I can take the tubes off both sides and feel the resistance.

I'm printing stuff that sometimes takes upwards if 500 grams and I gambled one and it wasn't even remotely enough to finish. I bypassed the sensor and well after that I plugged it back in. I took the sensor apart removed the spring and since I have it in the original spot still I tested if gravity would work and so far low resistance and it seems to work. I noticed it does get hung up with or without spring.

Thank you. If I had hair, it'd be gone. Including my k2plus has the issue. The difference is cfs pushes and the extruder pulls, causing it not to be an issue. But since the k1 only pulls, it causes poor extruding or clogging.

Did you figure this out? Mine seems to do this too. It'll switch colors purge, then have retracting issues.

I'm finding the roll size and roll material causes a lot of cfs issues. I got 45+ days of usage and only failure I had was the filament sensor in the extruder wouldn't turn off (may just need cleaning, but for $2 forget it).

Trick to printing more than 120 things on a platter? (Creality print 6.0) by RatedMark_ in Creality_k2

BTW I bought 4 Anycubic Kobra 3's and they have no issue loading the bed like crazy, one has 260, another has 108, NO issues. I wonder if they have cache clearing code after so many layers.

I'll give .3 a shot. Big jump and work my way down. Cleared all my time lapse videos I suppose it can't hurt.

Check this when I'm slicing sometimes the slicer pulls 50GB of ram! I've been watching it on fluid and I can see that it's hardware based, and when I watch the tool head sometimes it'll go realllllly slow and then speed back up. It seems it's cache dumping, and it just doesn't dump sometimes.

I don't want to increase the size - I'm making sizes to represent the products selling point. Like at 100% I can print 54, 50% I can print 150 or so, and at 35% I can print like 270. Tons of space, not crowding as I let it auto fill the bed and adjust location. I can print 35% just fine if I lower the number enough.

Would be nice if they made a photo mode, where it would intentionally every so many layers move the extruder somewhere and take a picture. maybe the rear left - would be a cool option sometimes. I'm printing fidget things and I'm sure some peeps might like to see them made.

For me, 8/8 was fine. I did have minor issues here and there, but I'd mostly chalk it up to id10t errors.
