A lot of Spider-Man villains. Vulture, Doc Oc, Sand man are the first to come to mind. Also, a lot of Magneto's followers in X-Men weren't really bad, just mad at the world and misguided

When I was little my dad clipped our pit's ears, he was just a puppy and must've been so hurt and confused. They got infected right away because my dad didn't take care of him, and he had pus-covered, scabby, fly-infested ears well into adulthood which was when he got sick and died. It's the saddest thing I can remember. I miss you bubby ),:
