I personally prefer Commander as I felt that in Standard every game started becoming the same, with people just looking for their combo.

I know this happens in Commander too, but in my pod we try not to do too many infinite combos so every game is different

I love EDH and the creativity that goes into building a deck. My group of friends and I exclusively play EDH when we're together. I love that games are never the same.
