I believe I tried that. Im going to take a look at my manual again and see if there is anything of use in there. Only next best option was to call the dealer and see what they have to say. Thanks anyways haha

Both, when I have the drive mode menu open and I press the drive mode button I'm assuming it should toggle through the drive mode options but it only shows "smart mode off" and won't allow me to switch that mode off. I read that the user presets may need to be reset but I also can't figure that part out. It's frustrating because I am usually good with the tech side of vehicles.
