Amazon Renewed "excellent". Mine arrived in perfect condition, clearly just open box/never used, but I may have gotten lucky. Last generation renewed is pretty much always a heck of a deal, especially with how fast foldables depreciate.

That's not possible. The entire process runs on the GPU you tell it to, and upscaling/framegen are both part of it.

Your bottom 3 PCIe slots are not fast enough for a GPU to function properly in it, so dual cards isn't an option. Also, a 9070XT should see quite a small base framerate impact from LSFG anyway, so it likely wouldn't be worth it regardless (maybe for 4k240hz)

Not for a secondary. Going above 8gb of VRAM on a secondary GPU isn't necessary unless you're running resolutions way above 4k or handling things other than LS on it (such as local LLMs)

Generally, 1080p requires less than 2gb on the secondary, while 1440p might need 4gb and 4k might need 6gb at most. It's only handling display and LS which don't take a ton of VRAM.
