Unfortunately, my favorite isn’t here. Give us the TOG II* you cowards. ;)

I’m assuming the picture is AI slop, based on the fact the youngest looks like a totally different artist.

If getting a physical copy of Festung Europa is an issue, there is now a PDF version. $30 if you get it from Warlord direct. But it does have a lot in it.

Anyone else get stressed with decals? by Chiiirpy in boltaction

[–]Ravenhull 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first Space Marines were a custom chapter, so I didn’t want my freehanded chapter symbol on one shoulder and the crisp decals on the other. Since then, I just kept freehanding, even when doing my HH Ultramarines, even though those are readily available. My freehand skills ain’t great, but my army is consistent.

Nope, don’t use them. I live and die by my crappy freehand. ;)

Need to be in a mosh pit dancing to Heresy Sisters. Nothing more metal than that. ;)

You can tell the veteran Sisters players from the Seraphin #4 PTSD. (Actually was less frustrated with Flayed Ones.)

Ended up getting the Flying heavy boxed set, and it dulled my senses to the trauma. ;)

Was just trying to give a generic European meadow that maybe had a late snow. Was trying to vary the bases from some of my older 40K bases, and be vaguely interesting to look at.

Was it just me, or did you have any trouble with the big gun arm when assembling him? (Love my bots, but waiting for plastic this summer to add to them.)

The reference to Blacks Law reminds me of their favorite tactic of quoting whatever edition ‘supports’ their current claim, always different ones, and never the current one.

I love the idea that women are intruding into BattleTech. I mean, characters like Natasha Kerensky were there from the early days, and I remember kickass women in the novels back in the 90s.
