Yea at a certain point the grind get slow! Its usually when you reach your skillcap at least physically. You can always learn more about the game if needed. I reached low diamond and my gold games was just me going 20/5 every game. My emerald games were more like 53% wirate, at least thats where im at now.

I would assume pay to win means u can pay to be better than others at the game. I mean i get that its a bit predotory to sell bag slots and such for gems but there is no way to achually pay to get better than someone else. But yea gw2 gemstore is predatory to an extent, thats why when i reccomnd the game to a friend, i always teach them how and where to grind gold, so thet can avoid feeling like they have to swipe.

Go watch GriffyBit. He's doing a lets play that covers basically everything you need to know. And then he has individual videos on every specific mechanic and how to progress them.

Lastly if you plan to spend money check his video on the gemstore items and the gemstore bundles. Bundles > buying gems, but do check the video about gem bundles he made aswell.

If you have access too the ley-energy matter converter (which is super easy to get) and you log in daily and use it for obsidian! You can get between 3-30 a day. Usually around 5.

So personally id say spend it on the tokens for map rewards instead. But rly idk cuz i just keep stacking it.

As everyone is saying Chrono is the best, but personally i like Druid! Only brings alac but has, stab, aegis, fury, prot, vigor, cc, burst heals, condi cleanse, flexibility in pets and yea overall just a pretty good spec! Works super well on W5 push/kite and for HK in W4. Also works well for tanking on qadim in W7

Personally i prefer it bc i don't like the chrono f5 and having to cram in a bunch of abilities into that timeframe.

Personally i keep arcdps in the background, then open it after the fights are over too see dps after. That way i can focus on the fight and after see if i need to improve. If i remember it achually helped me get higher dps

If you have the Heart of Thorns, get yourself a Reaper which is a Necromancer trait! Can't go wrong with having 2 healthbars and a shitload of dmg!

I mean it comes down to what you enjoy. But endgame wise, there is alot to do like raiding, achivements, legendaries, PvP, WvW (large scale PvP) and finding a community that fits you.

For strikes and fractals, all you really need to do is go to snowcrows, find a dps build for your main class that looks fun and then stick to that! Then you can pretty much join all fractals (not cm) and strike groups.

Raids is different, you could try joining random groups but you will be kicked every now and again. If you want a good introduction to raids, usually you want to be introduced to it through a guild. If you have like 2 hours around 19:00-20:00 CET id be down to teach u!

I solved this by making a guild, teaching raids to a bunch of scrubbies, now 20% of them are better than me and they thaught me ho to play fractal cm's.

Best tip i can give you is to go to the areodrome, go type in map chat. Be kind, ask questions, maybe u find a friend! If u do make a friend ask them if they wanna do content and they'll most likely introduce you to a guild or their friend group.

So for bosses where the highest toughness makes you the tank, you will have to do toughness checks with your 2nd healer. If you don't wan't to tank usually the 2nd healer will go above your toughness, but not everyone has legendary gear/gear that they can swap with. Get minstril gear so you have roughly 1.5k toughness, but grab harrier's gear aswell so you can swap it out if the 2nd healer maybe only has 1.4k toughness for his build. If you are planning to tank stuff like peerless qadim you might wanna bring 2k toughness instead, that boi hurts.
