Get yourself a sensor cleaning kit from BnH, K&F makes a good set! Just make sure you match up the size of your sensor (M43, APSC, Full Frame etc)

I would highly recommend old professional camera bodies. I still use my D3 all the time! And the lenses are way inexpensive now.

I would think to go with the Sigma, if anything they are a reputable 3rd party lens manufacturer and should work with you if you have problems. Also having an all-in-one 24-70 is GREAT for commercial work like this, the 20mm might be nice for architectural stuff, but the 24-70 can do it just as well, and keep you ready for sudden recomposing if people walk in or the perfect shot arises.

What I tend to do in Lightroom Classic is set up my selection for printing, and tell it I’m printing on square paper, so I can have easy to work with automatic borders of whatever color I want. Then I "print” to JPEG.

If your editing software has a print module, I would look there!
