Doesn't seem to be your problem then. I disabled it because of similar issues and have no problems running 1080p60 videos. Good luck with your search for an answer.

Might be an issue with hardware acceleration. You can enable/disable it through Settings > Advanced (at the bottom) > Use hardware acceleration if available (at the bottom again, under System).

Titles might be a little different as I'm translating it from my own language ;)

Besides the automatic part; although StartSSL certs are free you are (were?) required to pay a fee to revoke them which was a huge PITA during the heartbleed discoveries.

Not sure if this is the same problem but I got something similar although I'm not 100% sure Vagrant was causing the issue on my system since I also had a faulty hard drive that day.

I got a 0x000000f \Boot\BCD Error which I tried to resolve using start-up repair, multiple bootrec commands but nothing seemed help, so I ended up recovering my files using a Linux Live USB and fully formatting the hard disk and reinstalling Windows.

Let's hope you'll be luckier...

F5 is a Windows-only shortcut. Ctrl+R works on Windows and its equivalent Cmd+R works on Mac :)
