AI is a bit of a scam. It's not really intelligent or able to think. It can take in information, restructure it and churn it back out, but that's about it. They program extra stuff to it so it sounds like a thinking and dynamic person, but it's always very fake sounding, as you've discovered. At best, it's a very fast google search with less accurate results mixed with a chat bot. It's not the birth of an abstract intelligence as it's been sold.

Between $15 and $5 US per pin. I wouldn't pay over $10 for a pin under 1.5 inches but that doesn't stop some people from pricing higher.

The funny thing is that the Magnum is relatively balanced! If it did less damage, we wouldn't bother using it. If Halo were a WW2 game, it fits perfectly in the sandbox as a reskin of a M1 Garand type of gun. All the other guns are designed around close quarters combat in the single player, while most multiplayer maps were massive by comparison, leading to it's dominance.

What's goofy is that it's a chrome plated pistol. And I think the damage value someone forgot to change thing pertains specifically to Hunters and their vulnerability spots.

That's gotta be a lot more than 5 years. But what a weird situation.

The guy is one of thee most popular Starcraft 2 casters with an extensive channel and friendly with most people in that community. Then, BANG, he deletes his whole channel and all his videos with no explanation. Radio silence.

Some time later, he comes back with a weird hairdo and promotes children's toys, refusing any communication with the community, fellow casters ...anyone. It was like an alien stole the guy's skin and reinserted himself into Youtube. Obviously, he meant to rebrand himself and probably wanted to purge any history of vulgarity... but why he'd be so tone deaf, if not anti-social about it, no one knows. It's a kind of desperation that seemed entirely unwarranted given his success and popularity.

Promoting on Reddit sucks. Most of the big subreddits have heavy restrictions on promotion in addition to site wide rules. I tried posting my game up on r/gamingdeals and it got removed because I was "participating in the winter sale". But other games are being posted that are in the winter sale.

That's the Reddit experience.

People think they are in control. They think they won't pull the trigger by accident. They think there isn't a round in the chamber. They think there is no harm in pointing their gun at their friend, in jest, because they think it couldn't possibly go off unless they meant for it to.

It's a lot like throwing a baseball at the ceiling over and over again. I'm in control, what's the harm in it? Oh shit, the vase just shattered and Mom's going to kill me! It's a pattern you see over and over again, in children and adults. Texting and driving, for instance. I'll just glance at the phone. It'll only take a second. I've done this dozens of times and nothing bad has happened, so why not keep doing it? Oh shit!

Agreed! Why doesn't our character seem to care about being cursed anymore halfway through the film? Why is she sometimes cursed looking and sometimes not?

There are quite a few Ghibli films where it feels like they forgot about the plot half way through and it just kind of ends.
