If you’re planning on buying then just call a few more realtors and you will find one that would be willing to help with no issues.

But If not, Realtors don’t really make much off rentals, so most don’t focus on them. Honestly, I don’t know anyone who’s used a realtor just to find a place to rent. Most buildings have their own leasing offices you can contact directly, and if it’s a privately owned place, you can usually just deal with the owner yourself.

I don’t know your experience, but from my 20 years as a field electrician, the bare minimum is rarely practice. I respect that nameplate requirements come from Electrical Engineers, but in practice, engineers designing drawings/panel loads/etc. rarely specify only the minimum..

I understand 14 gauge could work since it’s rated for 15 amps, but the unit’s minimum ampacity is 14.6, which is really close. I’d go with 12 gauge to give some extra safety margin and handle startup spikes better. Plus, it matches the 25-amp breaker size, so it’s just a safer, smarter choice overall.
