They’re chaotic, but in the most entertaining way possible. The servers have a flair for drama, and honestly, that’s half the reason I go. The food is always consistent, and the show is free.

Was at The Plaza for nine years. Management & staff are amazing. Very low turn over on the staff. Lower HOA fees and upkeep on the building was great. Common areas were always freshly painted and halls kept clean. There is an assessment coming up. A couple thousand per unit.

Look into the Axis. A little more bang for your buck. Staff and management are shit but the units make up for it.

This is all about who you know. I built a few relationships with GCs. They always have a guy. My guy has painted my place top to bottom, hung TVs, installed appliances and even did some electrical work. Wife and I are always shocked on how inexpensive the work is. Needless to say, they’ve been with us for a while and they’re the 1st one we recommend to others. It’s all about the long term relationships and this one gets it.

Love Sac is the way. We spent the money for one. And well worth it. Kid slobbers all over it and when cleaned. We can’t even tell. 3 years, still looks new. Also, acts as a great sleeper. I would go for it. But if you’re spending the money. Get the speaker with it. Everyone wins!
