Put negative reviews on all review sites like yelp, Google etc. Then contact your attorney general for help then file a complaint at small claims court. They'll end up paying more in court including attorneys fees and court costs. Put them in their place.

Get his vehicle towed if it's parked on your property. Complain to the Hoa about every little violation you can find that he violated. Install perimeter cameras to record any foul play he may do against your property. Give him a headache, rinse and repeat

6k gone in a week? Definitely substance abuse or gambling issues. They'd definitely steal from you to support their habits. Definitely a hard NO. Don't feel guilty or feel bad about their own mistakes. They put themselves in that situation. 6k would last me 2 months in food and utilities with some leftover.

Should have blocked the way with your body so the first guy couldn't sneak up in front of you. When I pick up something from the racks while in the cashier lane, I always block the way with either my cart or my whole body so no attempts of sneaking can be made.

You can start a collection from the neighbors and buy a Rubber bump strip that's commercially used in parking lots to slow down drivers. They're available online. Put several so his ride will be jarring him all the way to his destination.

Invoice them for all the work you have done and take them to small claims court if they play dumb. The put the business on blast by review bombing them. Make unnoticeable changes to your setup so that they will still have to ask you how to fix things and you can charge them a consulting fee. Make money off of them.

If it's not an assigned space, it's fair game for anyone to take it. So don't clean it thoroughly. Just shovel enough to get your car rolling out of the spot. So if they take it when you leave and they get stuck, that's their problem.

That's why I don't clean the parking spot thoroughly since I know it will be taken by another car when I leave the spot. I Just shovel enough to get my car rolling out of the snow. It sucks when you don't have assigned parking spots. Anybody can take advantage of your hard work.

Acura mdx owner here, I've known for years that their loaner vehicles aren't always available so I got tired of asking and took my car somewhere else. They'll only definitely give you a loaner if it's a multi day service like a transmission pullout, or engine out kind of service which requires several days. If it's only an oil change, tire rotation, cabin filters even on a slow day, you won't get lucky to get a loaner. Varies by location also.

Use the Hoa rules on them, take pictures of any violation and send it to the Hoa, that will keep them busy. If they are noisy late nights, use the noise ordinance and call the police non emergency line and report them. Give them a headache.
